Hi all, I had upgraded Montreux to 2MB with these
K6X4008C1F-DF55 (Samsung) - 512Kx8 bit Low Power full CMOS Static RAM, 4 Mb
and its ok, but I also found that there are 512kb updraded computers exist.
First I thought that this one
K6X1008C2D-DB55 (Samsung) - 128Kx8 bit Low Power CMOS Static RAM, 1 Mb
could be used for, but Im a bit confused of pin's description: it shows that there are less adress inputs (A0-A16 against A0-A18) - are these two RAM-chip models fully compatible and will the computer works with k6x1008c2d ?
