Master Chess vs Emulated Mephisto Lyon

This is a strange game, the emulated version of the mephisto lyon 68020 gave a drawn by three move repetition with out knowing it in a complete winning ending game. Master chess did came up with the message of 3 move repetion when the lyon did its move. Why was this? is it a problem with the emulated version?. Sadly i do not have the Lyon dedicated chess machine to test this. Any thoughts?. The game was played at 30 seconds per move average time control.
