Are the programs in these three machines all by the same author (Craig Barnes?).
I recently acquired a Saitek Bullet from eBay and have found it to be very impressive - much better than I was expecting. Although I have not yet conducted any exhaustive testing, the Bullet subectively seems to be stronger than both the Sensor XL and Maestro. This is quite surprising, since I thought the Maestro had a more advanced hardware specification and a much bigger openings library. I also think that the Bullet might possibly even be stronger than my Saitek Cavalier.
I have played three 40 in 2 games - Saitek Bullet versus Saitek Cavalier - and each time the Bullet won quite convincingly, outplaying the Cavalier in the late middlegame. I intend to complete a match of around 10 games at least in order to see if Bullet can win.
Based on having played all these programs myself (plus some computer versus computer testing), it is quite possible that the Saitek Bullet is the strongest of these four programs, followed by Cavalier, Maestro then Sensor XL.
Any comments would be appreciated
