In July 2009, a group of Russian scientists including Valentin Gusev and Alexander Stupnikov posted on Facebook details of a new chess computer board that they had developed and were looking for sponsors to make their project commercial.

Unfortunately this was before the likes of Kickstarter and other start up companies and their dream never got the support that they where looking for. After a short period of time, their Facebook page stopped posting anything new and they didn't answer any messages either.

Photos still exist of this lovely looking electronic chess board but details of the project seem to have been deleted off their Facebook page only leaving the photos.

Leider war dies vor Kickstarter und anderen Start-up-Unternehmen und ihr Traum bekam nie die Unterstützung, die sie suchten. Nach kurzer Zeit veröffentlichten sie auf ihrer Facebook-Seite keine neuen Nachrichten mehr und sie beantworteten auch keine Nachrichten.

Es gibt noch Fotos von diesem hübsch aussehenden elektronischen Schachbrett, aber Details des Projekts scheinen von ihrer Facebook-Seite gelöscht worden zu sein und nur die Fotos übrig zu lassen.
