2050 is the announced max Elo for "Easy levels" that range from Easy 0 to Easy 8.
"Fun levels" provide another range of (weaker) levels.

Apart from these intentionally weakened levels: full strength, the device indeed reaches 2400+. This can be limited using CPU speed reduction (full strength is 300 Mhz, lowest is down to 10 Mhz), but this is another story: no expected/normalized Elo is announced using such limitation. From my experience, 10 Mhz setting loses around 230 Elo points... still very strong.
