If one has to draw the line somewhere to what is and what isn't a chess computer, then IMHO this one is not.

It's a Game Boy knock-off. Yes it has a small chess game built-in, and also Chinese chess(Xiangqi), Gobang, Reversi, Solitaire.
Like the Game Boy, it has a cartridge port. At the moment, the only dumped cartridge is a Chinese-English dictionary. There may be more cartridges, maybe some games too, I don't know. This thing is kind of obscure and was only sold in Taiwan I think.
