Yes, it's strange, upsetting and a bit incomprehensible when you think that information, an email with explanations, a pro-client approach - it really doesn't cost anything and shows that someone cares about the customer.
Nevertheless, I am keeping my fingers crossed that if not tomorrow, at least it will arrive before New Year's Eve.
Also, all the best and good luck for the holidays. Let's try to forget for a while what ails us.
